When you're eligible for a refund on your challenge fee.
SPIKE offers refunds in specific circumstances. Here's our complete refund policy.
Eligible for Refund
- Challenge purchased but not started (no trades placed) — Full refund within 7 days
- Platform technical issues preventing trading — Reviewed case-by-case
Not Eligible for Refund
- Account breached due to rule violations
- Challenge failed (profit target not met within time limit)
- Account closed due to prohibited trading activities
- Request made more than 7 days after purchase
Challenge Fee Return
Remember: if you pass the challenge and become funded, your challenge fee is returned with your first payout. This is a much better outcome than a refund!
